This training aimed to train farmers on the following aspects: Pollination techniques, including but not limited; Fresh male strands, Pollen suspension (Spray Pollen), Dried Pollen, Mechanical pollination, Mechanical pollen extractor and collector. March 2015

Result: Introducing best practices in pollination process which increased productivity and protecting date palm trees, thus the pollination center was established.

The purpose of establishing the pollination center is to extract good quality pollen to be used in pollination process of palm trees to increase the productivity as well as to be used for earlier pollen process.
