The cluster has performed a markets screening, map and competitive analysis for the international markets in order to identify the best export market for its products. On the top of the identified markets was the European market were many of the cluster products has competitive advantage over local or imported products.
On the level of the local market, the cluster has participated in a furniture trade fair in Ramallah and prior to that, the cluster has conducted a market research on the local market to explore the potentials. One of the outcomes from the research was to expand in the local market and penetrate new markets.
Since that most of the cluster members lacks the proper marketing and promotional tools, 10 companies has decided to professional company profile and products catalogue to shoe the cluster member’s products in fashionable way.
Therefor the cluster would like to develop a professional profile and catalogue for the cluster members, the profiles has to be articulated in presentable way in both Arabic and English languages and the catalogue has to reflect the quality and the beauty of the cluster product in European style and setup for it.
