The cluster members believes that design is considered a key word in furniture industry were it influences the consecutive manufacturing process to reach the desired product within that specific design. In any stage, if the operator failed to read the design, the product will not match the required design and this means loses to the company in terms of time, material and customers satisfaction.

Salfit furniture cluster companies are well equipped with new machinery. They mostly using CNC machines and skilled labour in furniture manufacturing, but with limited capacities to deal with professional sketches and drawings wither it was in two dimension (2D) or Three dimension (3D). Therefore, the cluster carried out a training in AutoCAD to build the capacities of the skilled labour in this field to be able to work and handle the technical drawing in efficient and professional way.
