This program has identified many improvements in the areas of Safety, Health and Production and have cost losses, which when removed will amount to approx. 300,000 NIS savings each year from this week onwards. Much of these savings are linked to lack of standards in the process and the workers poor mindset, both of which need to be improved by better, clear standards and of closer, stronger supervision.
