One of the main challenges that are facing the companies in the cluster is the lack of skilled workers in furniture manufacturing due to the high competition of the furniture companies in the nearby is Israeli industrial Zones. Apprenticeships Program is new in Palestine; the cluster took the full responsibility of implementing this program together with a technical college in order to provide the companies with skilled workers.
