Jerusalem tourism cluster which is a supportive institution of TAJ and also a strategic partner planned to hold a Tourism conference in the city, therefore the idea to hold a tourism expo rose up, since it’s very important to show the tourism products that jerusalem has to offer .
TAJ Cluster took the initiative for planning and implementing the Tourism Expo, which took place in the period of 19 - 21 of May, 2015 at the Dominican Monastery Garden (St. Stephan), The expo opened its doors from 4:00 PM Till 9:00 PM .
Twenty five exhibitors from our cluster member participated in the expo with different lines of tourism products such as; Ceramics, Palestinian embroidery, Palestinian jewellery, hand crafts, leather work and artistic paintings. Also Musical activities and recreational activities took place during the expo working hours.
The expo aimed to present the Jerusalemite products that has very good quality and unique designs to the targeted audience, the local community along with the international expats.
A promotional campaign was launched to spread the word about the expo, and to assure the success of the planned goals.
Live Jerusalem 2015 expo is funded by the French development agency AFD, and implemented in partnership with TAJ strategic partner Jerusalem Tourism cluster (JTC).
